Qualifications:
- Minimum of Diploma in hotel/food and beverages studies

- Significant experience in restaurant management
- Good management skills, managing priorities, ability to listen, stress management and team motivation
- Ability to analyse figures and the ability to manage a profit centre
- Sensitive to customers
- Ability tp deliver training at all levels

Qualifications:
- Minimum of certificate in Food Service Management or any related field
