The Head Teacher at APS School will head, supervise and coordinate all activities of the school. This will entail managing over 35 teachers and 700 pupils in a congenial academic environment. The head teacher will also ensure a prudent management of the school's finances, present regular report as will be required to the school council at PTA meetings, report to the school Board on matters concerning the school performance. He will be responsible for the development and enhancement of the school's fortunes in line with the objects and policies.
TASKS
The Head Teacher
- Responsible for the general supervision and management of the school
- Oversee all properties, financial and academic issues of the school
- Ensure optimum academic delivery by all teachers at all times
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Snail be a professional teacher of a rank not below Assistant Director II with at least sic (6) years teaching experience or Principal Superintendent with at least 10 years teaching experience
- Is highly motivated, energetic person who can drive others to achieve results in reasonable time
- He or She has a senior management level experience in school management and leadership (Will be an advantage).
