Data Analyst
he Data Analyst is to support effective implementation of the programme, organisational learning, and the embedding of effective and responsive data collection, analysis and monitoring systems in the education system.

Tasks:
- Work with the Performance Management and Accountability Advisor (PMAA) in implementing performance management and accountability routines Support data collection, analysis and reporting working with key delivery Advisors.
- Analyse data submitted by Reform Owners and produce monthly and Quarterly progress reports from Reform Owners
- Support in the development routines for reporting on progress against Road Maps, Workplan and KPIs
- Provide support to the PMA for data collection across Road Maps to ensure functioning monitoring and evaluation system are coherent
- Support the process of the design of data collection tools enabling data collection management amongst the various Road Maps
- Contribute to Quality Assurance of data from Reform
- Participate in developing and implementing education-related management information systems (MIS) relevant for the MoE, where required
Performance Management & Accountability Advisor
The Performance Management and Accountability Advisor will be expected to provide technical leadership in the Performance Management and Accountability frameworks of the Education Reform initiatives under the Education Strategic Plan (2018-2030).
Reporting to: Through the Education Policy Adviser to the Coordinator
Location: Accra with occasional field visits to Regions and Districts

Performance Management
- Provide technical leadership in the design and oversight of the performance management routines and activities
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive performance management system to dove the implementation of Road maps by Reform Owners
- Support the morbtonng of programmes continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as targets, milestones and deliverables
- Review the design Perform Agreements based on Roadmarn ter each Reform Owner and support the achievement of milestones and targets
- In collaboration with other team members. 'eve. proposed mo,ddicahons on Roadmaps and KPls, incksding meeting with ROs to approve and support the implementation of changes to Road maps.
- Support organizational capacity assessment and the development of Capability Assatance plans and strategy for Reform Owners
Programme Assistant
The Ministry of Education has received a grant from DFID to setup the Education Reform Secretariat to track the delivery of initiatives in the education sector.
The Programme Assistant at the Ministry of Education will work directly under the supervision of the Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor and wit be directly responsible for coordinating all programme and logistics functions related to Monitoring, Evaluation, reporting and field activities.

Daily Tasks and Routines
- Work directly under the M&E Advisor to ensure effective program coordination
- Provide logistics, planning and operational support to the Program Advisors, and all field activities
- Provide logistical support and participate in technical meetings of the Reform Secretariat
- Coordinate programmes schedules and appropriate information for program meetings
- Support strategic planning processes, including the development of Annual Work Plans.
- Contribute to positive working relationships between Reform Secretariat, Reform Owners, stakeholders and Advisors.
- Draft programme and activity reports for the Reform Secretariat
Participatory Research Advisor
The Participatory Research Advisor is to support effective implementation of the Reform programme. organisational learning through Research and Deep Dives, and the embedding of effective and responsive data collection. analysis and reporting in line with the objectives and key performance indicators set out in the ESP.
