SRF Micro Credit Services seeks to recruit a suitable candidate to fill the position of head of recovery.
Responsibilities
- To meet agreed performance targets and ensure high level of customer care and recovery
- Ensures effective and efficient monitoring of repayments.
- Supervise the activities of the other loan officers
- To be prepared to visit defaulted customers to prompt payment and serve demand notice
- Must be able to investigate and locate absconded clients and recover any amount due.
- Ensure regular inspection of residences, business locations and all collateral used for the loan facility
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Submission of Credit bureau reports every month
- To identify risk and prevent fraudulent application by other team members as well as clients.
- Monitoring of cheques management tracker
- In charge of the company’s Direct Debit transactions
- To perform other relevant duties that may be required.
Qualification & Experience Required
- A minimum of first Degree in Finance/Banking/Business Administration/Management.
- Minimum of 2 working experience in a similar role.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem resolution and decision making skills
- Ability to exercise own initiative and deliver to meet established targets
- Expertise in Microsoft office tools (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook)
- Ability to assist teams and remain committed to achieve goals
