- Must have a vast knowledge and skills in Continental
- Must have a minimum of (5) five years experience as Continental Chef in a reputable Restaurant or Hotel.
- Must have a minimum of (2) two years experience in a Supervisory position.
- Must be dedicated to Hygiene and Food Safety
- Must be dedicated to quality and cost control
- Must be dedicated to stock taking, keeping and ordering without loss
