RTI DIVISIONAL DIRECTOR
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the RTI Officers to execute the provisions under the RTI law;
- Provide training for RTI Officers nationwide;
- Co-ordinate, monitor and evaluate the performance and operations of RTI Officers nationwide;

- Monitor and produce monthly reports on the implementation of the RTI law for the consideration of the Information Minister
- Liaise with heads of public institutions to address challenges and resolve matters that affect and defeat the effective operations of the RTI Units;
- Provide legal advice for the Information Minister on emerging issues relating to the operations of the RTI law,
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of Master's degree from an accredited tertiary institution in any of the following fields:
- Communications Studies,
- Information Studies and
- Public Administration.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of post qualification, relevant work experience in a reputable organisation
- A Master's degree in Law (LLM) would be an added advantage.
