POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Managing and Executive Director to ensure the smooth management of the day to day affairs of the office
FUNCTIONS
- Keep and maintain an accurate record of documents and electronic correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director
- Typing of correspondence and scanning documents
- Manning the reception when necessary
- Arranging the office of the MD/Director to ensure that the office is tidy and orderly at all times
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
