Based in Accra, a leading Interdealer Broker is looking for a fixed income emerging markets trader with a MINIMUM of 2 years trading experience. The desk is primarily focused on managing trade flow in Eurobonds from both sovereign and corporate issuers.
The desk is part of the Fixed Income trading team, interacting with numerous international locations. The role offers a highly professional and challenging opportunity in a fast-changing environment where you will be expanding the interdealer brokers’ franchise reach by building strong relationships with customers.
You will be responsible for trading by adhering to all credit and risk limits and supplying competitive pricing, maintaining and expanding the franchise both internally and externally.
You will also have a thorough understanding and awareness of risk in fixed income products and have experience in Emerging Markets. In addition, you will have an understanding of Global Markets.
You MUST be proficient in English.
