Front Office Executive
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms

- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished to accomodate guests needs
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalised services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests etc
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Main updated records of bookings and payments
Qualification Required & Experience
- An HND / Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 1 year work experience preferably in the hospitality industry
- Ability to speak French or Spanish will be a great advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Excellent computer literacy
Laundry Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and putting into operation, systems and technical advancement in the field of laundry operations
- Formulating washing formula for stained loads
- Maintenance and upkeep of all laundry equipment
- Co-ordinating with the Engineering Department on routine maintenance of equipment

- Develop new methods of increasing laundry efficiency
- Overall controlling and supervision of the department
- Ensure proper distribution of linen to guest rooms and food and beverage department areas
Qualification Required & Experience
Candidate must therefore have:
- An HND/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Between 2 to 3 years work experience preferably in the hospitality industry
Competencies
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work cohesively with all levels of management
- Computer literacy skills
