The ideal candidate will have experience in client relations, finance, leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees and client satisfaction. They will be the main point of contact for new clients and manage contracts and agreements. As a young, fast-growing company, they will be required to develop the business and improve efficiency and sustainability
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
- Coordinate and manage business operational activities to meet customer expectations and company goals.
- Update and review actions on enforcing project and office policies and procedures.
- Primary liaison with clients and local government agencies
- Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors
- Manage procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery

- Create and review Bill of quantities for projects
- Review and analyze vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options Contracts and agreement creation for projects in liaison with the Legal department
- Generate closure reports for projects
- Assist HR in employee affairs
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth management of operations eg. Finance department, design department, and project department.
- Supervise, monitor and ensure the overall efficiency of daily operations by monitoring day-to-day workflow and delegating tasks accordingly among staff.
- Liaise with the design department for quality control of projects
- Drive the development of employees
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
Qualifications
- Experience in Design & Build sector
- Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills
