In particular, FOCOS seeks to enhance access to optimal surgical and non-surgical care for patients with disabling musculoskeletal disorders including complex spine deformities and pediatric orthopaedic problems in underserved regions. It began as a dream of the founder to see the best care reach the underserved in his native country, Ghana and the sub-Saharan region.
Job Description
Principal Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for and/or lead and assign work to automotive mechanics.
- Service and Repair vehicles booked into the Accra workshop, in a timely manner, without error, and to the Customer’s satisfaction.

Required Skills or Experience
- HND Automotive Engineering
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of German and American cars.
- Working Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods.
- Minimum relevant qualification NVQ certification in automotive technician.
- At least three years’ experience as an automotive technician on vehicles.
- At least three years’ experience supervising or assisting in Supervision of Workshop Staff.
- Candidate must be residing in or around Kumasi, or must be willing to relocate to Kumasi.
