Sylva Spare Plus Company Limited (SSP) is an automotive company that has been operating in Ghana for several years and proudly representing prestigious and high end brands in the automotive industry. SSP has four main divisions: Trucks with the French brand Renault, Power Generation with the French brand SDMO, Car retail with the Japanese Brand Mazda and Car rental with Hertz. The company has offices, showrooms and workshops in Tema, Spintex, Takoradi and Kumasi.

Position Summary:
The company is in search of a dynamic and experienced Sales Executives to market and sell its range of cars. The ideal candidates will be well-versed in auto sales, able to learn quickly and deliver high quality customer service to clients. This position is full-time.

Responsibilities:
The Sales Executives will perform the following duties:
- Manage auto sales activities including lead generation, prospecting, sales and customer service;
- Understand buyers’ requirements and interest, and match these to the various models;
- Demonstrate expertise by explaining characteristics, capabilities, features, warranties and services to prospective buyers;
- Achieve monthly sales targets;
- Act as a representative of the company and provide excellent customer service;
- Document all customer transactions and ensure proper accounting in accordance with laid down procedures;
- Maintain a database of new and existing customers;
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to unit manager.

- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
