QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum certificate in event management, hospitality management, or any related field
ATTRIBUTES
- Proven work experience as a C&B Manager
- Good leadership/ communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Good at managing and training people
- Able to cope under pressure
- Good at presentations
- Knowledge of latest setup trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
EXPERIENCE
- HIGH
Selected candidates will be subjected to a three (3) month intensive and professionally measured training and orientation before the trial opening phase.
Again selected candidates would be accommodated on the premises where the resort is located to enable them give customised services to the Resorts valued guests.
EXECUTIVE CHEF
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a Degree or Diploma in Culinary science or any related certificate.
- 4-5 star experience with lodge, events, by restaurant with the capacity of 500pax and more
