A Telecommunications Company located in Accra is looking for Network Operation Centre (NOC) Officers.
This position will partner and effectively manage the relationship with maintenance and operations teams and ensure maximum possible network service availability. The NOC Support Office will be responsible for creating and producing quality reports on network availability, in addition to ensuring appropriate response times and ticket escalations in accordance with the escalation matrix.

QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Science or a related area, or the equivalent combination of formal education/training and/or experience.
- At least two (2) years hands-on experience in NOC operations.
- 2+ years of experience in telecommunications or a related field.
- Being abreast of Advance Excel and a good communicator is a must
