The Country Manager will lead the business from all operations in 3 different locations in the greater Ghana region, including management of employees whilst achieving necessary KPIs and growing the business from strength to strength.
The Country Manager will be based in Ghana, setting the strategy and business objective to gain market share and achieve profitability for the business. This role is suited to an agriculture professional with sound knowledge and a proven track record of expanding businesses.
Responsibilities

Recruit and manage every employee in Ghana.

Set realistic goals/KPIs and distribute budget accordingly.

Coordinate all operations, negotiations and communications within the company.

Oversee partnerships with outside parties and focus in expanding the business in Ghana.

Build a sustainable business structure.

Take responsibility for profit, revenue, cash, quality targets and impacts to society.
Requirements
-
Experience in managing a team of more than 100 people.

Agricultural experience
-
At least 5 years’ experience as a Country Manager for a legitimate foreign company with strong growth in business/big operations

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, at a university outside of Africa
