Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure free flow of information from clients to Management that will enable clients express their views on services rendered to them by VF Ghana.
- Operate the call centre by receiving and addressing clients’ complaints within stipulated time.
- Establish a database on existing clients and gather information on reasons for their exit and advise Management on strategies that can be adopted to help tackle the problem of client exits.
- Set up and run an efficient client support service desk. (i.e. Providing support services such as documentation on clients businesses, assisting clients in market surveys and helping them in the identification of business opportunities)
- Play an advocacy role for clients in establishing linkages with partners.
- Be the lead in undertaking clients’ satisfaction surveys and play the lead role in ensuring clients satisfaction to create repeat businesses.
- Monitor client feedback and use information to inform product, delivery etc. review.
