International Justice Mission (IJM) is a global organisation that protects the poor from violence. IJM partners with local authorities to rescue victims of violence, bring criminals to justice, restore survivors and strengthen justice systems
The Project Manager is charged with managing and implementing programs that are funded by International Narcotics & Law Enforcement (INL) and JTIP grants, achieving the various objectives in support of the larger goal of combatting human traffcking across Ghana, and engaging with various internal and external shareholders relevant these objectives.
This position includes maintaining relationships with grantors, timely submission of reports, monitoring existing grants until completion, and ensuring that the various teams meet their targets specified in the grants. He/she will collaborate or work with other grant specialists, programme managers, accountants, the LJM
team, and partner orgnaisations working on grant-funded projects.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage an revise a detailed grant implementation plan with regards to multiple US government funded grants.
- Manage detailed implementation of grant-funded projects, including compliance with all grantor regulations,
- Organise and lead quarterly grant programme review meetings and presentations.
