SAIC is seeking a PSO Senior Subject Matter Expert - Female Engagement Team (FET) Trainer in support of our GPOI mission in Ghana.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The PSO Senior Subject Matter Expert – FET will be the Team Lead’s principal mentor for GAF-led FET training
- The PSO Senior Subject Matter Expert – FET will mentor, advise and assist GAF trainers conducting FET training to battalions deploying to MONUSCO and UNMISS IAW with learning objectives and outcomes specified in the SOW
Minimum Qualifications:
- The senior SME (FET) shall have the following education, experience, and military background:
- Minimum of ten (10) years U.S. or foreign military experience as a civil-military cooperation (CIMIC) practitioner and at least one deployment as part of a FET or on a provincial reconstruction team.
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of a U.S. or foreign equivalent recognized FET course for land forces.
- Experience working in sub-Saharan Africa.
