The Role Responsibilities
Origination
- Identify prospect and convert in line with Bank’s appetite.
- Ensure quality of the sales pitch and lead them with the clients. Also review the Term sheets before delivering to clients.
- Work with Credit Analyst and obtain all pre-deal clearances.
- Effectively use CRM for managing a healthy pipeline and also a record of client calls and discussions.
- Oversee ARM to ensure smooth on-boarding of client after thorough completion of documentation and other processes.
- Senior client calling and briefing on a regular basis for account maintenance and deal negotiation. Also engage senior internal stakeholders for marketing, credit and any other pertinent issues.

Client on-boarding & deal execution
- Work closely with CA, product partners and analyze a) wallet size b) determine appropriateness of the product and c) work out a comprehensive account plan.
- Successfully negotiate and close out pricing and other deal dynamics with client
- Oversee the quality & turnaround of credit proposal and ensure faster delivery. Work with CA for resolving Credit queries.
- Oversee the ARM to ensure all documentation and security creation are completed on time to ensure smooth execution of transaction.
- Liaising with Legal/external counsel/Credit Risk Control in preparation and execution of non standard complex transactions along with product partners.
- Work with Client Due Dilligence team to ensure proper completion of eCDDs.
Account Management & portfolio quality
- Along with the product partner, push for line utilization of complex and structured transactions. Oversee the ARM in ensuring high utilization of regular WC facilities.
- Review Failed Trade status, EAR, ASTAR CCRT, etc with the CA to ensure discipline and quality in portfolio
- Review the excess/past due situation with ARM to ensure they are regularized and also facilitate approvals wherever required.
- Review and monitor the client profitability to ensure there are no revenue leakages.
- Attend various internal or external sales/ non sales meetings like CIC, stakeholders Meeting, Portfolio Review Meeting.
- Maintain record of Confidentiality Agreement (Sales Team Leader to maintain file & copies will also be held by signatories to the agreement)
- Overall responsible and accountable for the credit quality of the assigned/acquired portfolio.
Credit Analyst, Commercial Banking
The Role Responsibilities
Origination
- Interact with the client, gather deal requirements, financial statements and other inputs for performing quality analysis and due diligence.
- Work with RM/product partners in structuring credit solutions for the clients and ensuring the appropriateness of the products.
- Work with the RM, in obtaining all pre clearances and expediting approvals.
- Responsible for end-to-end BCA process including preparing all the tools like Scorecard, etc, in-depth analysis of various risks, quality presentation and ensuring fast credit approval.
- Ensure compliance of all internal and regulatory credit/other portfolio related policies e.g. Country portfolio standard checklist, Temasek check, other special reporting requirements, etc.
- Liaise with GAM Credit for limit approval/allocation.

- Monitor quality of the portfolio by tracking Excess/past dues, strictly complying with ASTAR, EAR processes.
- Monitor Risk Triggers, Covenants and other credit conditions and report appropriately
- Ensure Zero BCA over dues with reasonable/adequate basis for deviation
- Liaise with Credit on BCA and other credit issues and ensure quick turnaround on queries.

Job Purpose
- Prepares performance management reports and performs basic analysis.
- Identifies situations where the appropriate management accounting reporting policy should be applied or where it has been applied incorrectly.
- Recognizes good business performance from poorer performance using an objective data driven approach.
- Implements data controls verifying the integrity of reporting schedules with the General Ledger and associated Transaction Processing systems.
- Assesses the context, rationale and impact of management accounting policies and can articulate them to Finance and business/function stakeholders.
- Applies critical principles and procedural knowledge of the policies to practical revenue sharing /cost allocation situations of routine nature.
- Leads in coordinating country and business budget and forecast process, engaging with stakeholders and identifying and escalating risks and opportunities in the forward projections. Ensuring that the integrity and quality of the management packs are up to par.

The Role Responsibilities
Security:
In order to provide a safe working environment for the Banks staff, clients and visitors the security manager is required to monitor the security related risks faced by the Group within the Country and take pro-active measures to reduce risk and minimise loss and communicate incidents to senior management and provide them with professional advice on all aspects of security
- Provide procative advice and support to the Country Management Team on all aspects of security management.
- Ensure effiecient delivery of the requirments outlined within the MSA / LSA in particular Service Schedule 20 which is specific to the Security Services.
- Fullfil the requirements of the Country Security Manager as outlined in and The Groups Security Operating Standards (GSOS) . To recommend areas where it is nessessary the exceed the requirements of GSOS to address country specific threats faced by the the Bank to an acceptable level of risk.
- Ensure the application of GSP 1 and GSP 2 at a country level.
