The British Council SSA has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor in Ghana.
The Role: Customer Service and Sales Advisor
The Role Purpose:
The Customer Service and Sales Advisor is to contribute to the smooth running of the British Council’s project, arts and exams operations in Ghana by delivering high quality customer service and sales targets as part of a larger team that is in line with corporate standards and policies. The postholder will be the main point of contact for visitors, providing information about our services, counselling customers to ensure they make the right decisions regarding products and services and ensure enquiries are converted into sales.
Role Requirements:
- University Degree, HND, Professional Diploma
- Marketing or Customer Service Qualification desirable
- A good level of spoken and written English at Proficiency Level B2
- At least two years working in a reputable customer service and/or sales environment
- Knowledge of SAP and CRM desirable
