Job Description
Deloitte Consulting is looking for qualified high performing professionals to join our growing team.
Successful candidates will be responsible for applying relevant approaches and related tools and methodologies in the design, conduct, and management of consulting engagements while providing leadership and/or support to project team members.
Specialized Competencies
- Human Capital
HR Transformation, Organization Transformation, Workforce Transformation, Human Capital As-A-Service
- Enterprise Technology and Performance
Finance and Performance, Supply Chain and Network Operations, Technology Strategy and Transformation, ERP: SAP, Emerging ERP Solutions
- Core Business Operations
Operations Transformation, Industry Solutions (Experience in Financial Services, Telecommunications and Technology, Consumer and Industrial Products and Oil & Gas are a plus), Systems Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Analytics and Cognitive
- Strategy, Consumer and Marketing
Strategic and Business Design, Mergers and Acquisitions, Customer and Applied Design, Advertising, Marketing and Commerce, Digital Customer
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc., B.A., B.Eng./B. Tech., etc.) or any discipline with minimum of second class upper division
- Possesses relevant professional certification(s)
- MBA will be an added advantage
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in any of the Consulting specialized areas
- Project management experience (either leading or supporting, agile experience is an added advantage)
- Relevant Professional Certifications required (as applicable to specific roles)
- Experience in Big 4 or Professional Services firm is a plus
