ActionAid Ghana (AAG), an Affiliate of ActionAid is looking to employ an experienced and self- motivated individual to fill the position of Head of Human Resource and Organisation Effectiveness (HROE),
Role Overview:
The Head of HROE shall be responsible for the development of a holistic approach to human resources and organisational effectiveness of the organisation encompassing people, processes and systems that foster the AA culture to optimise staff productivity and organisational effectiveness.
Academic Qualification & Experience:
The Candidate must hold at least a 2nd Degree + relevant professional qualification with 10 years' relevant experience, 5 of which should be in executive management position.
Job Circumstances
This is a three (3)-year renewable employment contract on national terms and conditions
Salary: This role is on SM5 of ActionAid Ghana's Salary Structure.
Location of role: Greater Accra Region
