Assistant Law Reporter
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Screens and determines the reportablirty of judgements rulings and opinions from the Superior Courts
- Proofreads and edits judgements to the required acceptable standards of the Ghana Law Reports
- Prepares headnotes of selected judgements of the Superior Courts for publication in the Ghana Law Reports
- Screens, reviews and edits articles, critiques and comments of judgements and legislations for publication in the Review of Ghana Law Compiles statutory updates, legal articles. etc for publication in the above-mentioned Journal

- Provides input and collates data for the formulation and implementation of editorial policies and guidelines for the Councils publications
- Must possess an appreciable level of skill in syntax with a flair for the English language, as well as an ability to do legal research
- Must be computer literate
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Must have a Degree in Law (LLB/BA Law)
- Applicant must have been called to the Ghana Bar for at least one (1) year
- Must be computer literate
Applicants must have completed statutory National Service
Driver
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Conveys assigned officials, goods and equipment to and from designated destinations
- Performs daily pre-trip and post-trip inspection and minor maintenance on assigned vehicle
- Ensures that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is undertaken
- Provides safety briefing to officials and prepares accident/incident reports when required
- Prepares trip reports
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Must possess a minimum of a WASSCE Certificate or its equivalent
- A valid driving licence not below "C" category
- Must have at least a minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience
Applicants must have completed statutory National Service
Court Reporter
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Undertakes word processing, typesetting and formatting of judgements from the Superior Courts, headnotes of law reports and articles to conform to the Council's house style for its publications.
- Prepares indexes as well as the preliminary pages to the Council's publications
- Supports in compiling and finalising manuscripts for printing.
- Performs secretarial duties at the Council.

- Must possess a minimum of HND Secretaryship or its equivalent from a recognised institution.
- Must be computer literate
- Must have the ability to work under pressure
- Must be proficient in the English language with a flair for reading, conducting legal research and an eye for detail

- Proofreads manuscripts for the Council's publications Cross-checks all references, quotations etc for
- Ensures that all manuscripts for publication conform to the Council's house style
- Receives and takes records of all judgements from the Superior Courts of judicature.

- Leads the design, development and deployment of specified IT/IM projects
- Co-ordinates the design arid implementation of security measures to protect IT/IM installations, infrastructure and systems within the Council
- Provides technical support for the development of IT/IM operational activities
- Monitors and takes remedial measures for the effic performance of the Council's IT/IM infrastructure Co-ordinates and manages the Council's electronic transactions
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution plus a minimum of 3 years post-qualification relevant work expenence in a reputable organisation
- Experience in coordinating electronic payment of systems will be an added advantage
