An exciting job offer exists in Voltic (GH) Limited for Business Development and Commercialisation Manager. Voltic (GH) Limited, has been known for the manufacturing of the leading premium water brand in Ghana for over two decades. Currently, Voltic (GH) Limited has expanded its portfolio to cover alcoholic beverages, carbonated soft drinks, Juices and Value Added Dairies.

The role is a senior management role which reports to the Managing Director and has the marketing team reporting into it. The job incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing business, drive marketing strategies and integrated programs for profitable growth. The role will increase the long term value of Adjacent Brands and new innovations. in addition, this role provides strategic business plans and tracks progress against these.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver the approved innovation pipeline products on time
  • Deliver a complete commercial proposition to the sales team to execute
  • Develop adjacent category business commercial propositions and route-to-market requirements.
  • Manage business relationship with the adjacent business partners.
  • Develop DME budget allocations with adjacent category owners.

  • Provide specialist support for complex projects, including business development.

Skills, Experience & Education

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration
  • At least 8 years Sales experience, 3-5 years FMCG/Marketing and Project Management experience
  • Broad business and commercial acumen
  • Relevant systems and analytics experience

A Professional Marketing Qualification would be an added advantage.
