The Cape Coast University invites applications from suitably qualified, competent, experienced, results-oriented and highly motivated individuals for the following position as Senior Assistant Registrar (Legal Services)
The Function
He/she shall be:
- The Head of legal section and responsible to the Registrar through the Director of Legal, Consular and General Services (LC&GS)
- Required to advise the Technical University on all legal matters and represent the Technical University in the Law Courts where necessary
- Responsible for advising the Technical University on all disciplinary matters
- Required to perform any other official functions as may be assigned by the Director of Legal, Consular and General Services (LC&GS).
Qualification Required & Experience
- He/She must be professional lawyer with at least 6 years post-qualification experience
