Job Title: Executive Assistant - Reliance Personnel Services
Reports Directly To: Chief Executive Officer
General Duties
- Works closely and with the CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities;
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff;
- Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected
- Provides HR the management of staff;
- Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the CEO;
- Manages the CEO’S Secretariat and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks.
Required Skills or Experience
- Qualification: Minimum of 2nd degree
- Experience: 5 – 10 years in Senior Management role/position
Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication;
- Organisation skills;
- Multitasking;
- Attention to detail.
Age: 40 – 47 years
