A well-established company dealing in Building materials and other products in Accra is eligible, qualified and result-oriented person for the position as Warehouse / Stores Manager
Responsibilities
- Developing store strategies to raise customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimise profitability
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff. Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc. Propose innovative ideas to increase market
Qualification & Experience
- BSc. degree in Business Administration or relevant qualification
- Not less than 3 years post qualification experience of which at least 3 years served in a Middle Level Management position.
