Reporting Line: General Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB PURPOSE:
- Provide a readily available service-focused, knowledgeable and experienced point of contact for both new and existing members.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITlES:
Customer/Member Service
- Identify member needs effectively advise on appropriate products.
- Cross-sell products effectively
Business Development
- Increase the organisation's loans portfolio by encouraging members to use it as their first port of call.
- Sell the organisation's products proactively and increase membership base.
Administrative Compliance:
- Conduct needs analysis to identify members' financial needs and communicate this to the General Manager for further attention
- Ensure proper and up-to-date record keeping.
Other Attributes:
- Assertive, good team player, effective communication skills, self-motivated Achiever.
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum qualification of BSc Administration, Marketing option with 3 years' experience or HND Marketing with 5 years experience in the Financial Industry.
- Experience in Credit Union management will be an added advantage.
Suitably qualified applicants from Takoradi, Kumasi and Accra are encouraged to apply.
