A reputable car rental company requires a dynamic and enthusiastic person to fill the role of an office Assistance/ Business Development Officer. The person will report to the office Manager.

The person must have

  • An excellent communication skills
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Demonstrate ethics and integrity
  • Also the person must be
    • Team – Player
    • Result – Oriented person

Duties/ Responsibilities 

  • Receive inbound and make outbound calls.
  • Assist office manager in the daily operations of the business
  • Perform other duties assigned by the office Manager.
  • Acquisition of new business.
  • Deepening of relationship with existing customers
  • Drive customer service tool usage
  • Proactively research competitive threats/ opportunities within the teams market.
  • Formulated business development strategies and objectives to meet changing market needs.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of industry sector.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Preferably female
  • First degree in any subject from a recognized tertiary academic institution of excellence.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Suites
  • Two years’ experience in marketing/ Business Development
