The National Service Personnel will provide direct support for the RTC Program. The selected candidate will work 40 hours per week, where a week is Monday to Sunday. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
The duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assist with participant and alumni data management Assist in the development and writing of reports using the data gathered.
- Assist with website / social media content management
- Assist with Front Office Management/Administrative duties
- Assist with the coordination of catering services
- Assist with the coordination of third party trainings Perform other RTC operational support and duties as assigned Represent CTP and the RTC Program in a professional manner
Qualification and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required) in social sciences, economics, information studies, statistics, or other related field.
- At least have some relevant knowledge in data entry, data organization, data analysis, survey implementation, or similar.
- Analytical & Communication Skills.
- Strong verbal and writing skills are required.
Language Skills.
- Written and oral fluency in English and French is required.
- Written and oral fluency in Portuguese, in addition to English and French, is a plus
Quantitative Skills.
- Knowledge in working with large data sets in Excel.
