The National Service Personnel will provide direct support for the RTC Program. The selected candidate will work 40 hours per week, where a week is Monday to Sunday. This position reports to the Operations Manager.

The duties and responsibilities will include:  

  • Assist with participant and alumni data management  Assist in the development and writing of reports using the data gathered. 
  • Assist with website / social media content management  
  • Assist with Front Office Management/Administrative duties 
  • Assist with the coordination of catering services 
  • Assist with the coordination of third party trainings Perform other RTC operational support and duties as assigned Represent CTP  and the RTC Program in a professional manner 

Qualification and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required) in social sciences, economics, information studies, statistics, or other related field.
  • At least have some relevant knowledge in data entry, data organization, data analysis, survey implementation, or similar.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills are required.

Language Skills.

  • Written and oral fluency in English and French is required.
  • Written and oral fluency in Portuguese, in addition to English and French, is a plus

Quantitative Skills.

  • Knowledge in working with large data sets in Excel.

  • Informal test will be administered during final review.

Adaptability & Flexibility. Education

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the needs of the program.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to Pass Background Check.
  • Background check will be conducted upon acceptance of offer.
  • A hold will be placed on data-related duties until an interim positive approval is received on the background check.
  • An on-site data test and language test (written/oral) should be expected if you are selected as a finalist.

Additional Skills

 Team player Must be willing to work after hours and on weekends when required. Must possess proven customer service skills Ability to pay attention to details Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff, as well as outside clients and participants. Sensitivity to confidential matters Ability to work well under pressure

Note

Final acceptance as NSS personnel is subject to an interview and background check. Candidate must be a Ghanaian citizen or have a current and valid Ghana work permit (if applicable)Applicants should be able to speak French
