We are currently recruiting a skilled female Cook/Housekeeper for the CEO, Founder of Alaffia, other executives of ATR Ltd’s customer and Alaffia visitors, in the absence of the CEO; to prepare delicious meal according to the menu and maintain the company’s residence clean at all time.
Responsibilities
- Be discrete and keep matters regarding the CEO, ATR and Alaffia visitors confidential
- Plan and organize the meal menu.
- Prepare meals under strict hygienic conditions
- Manage the menu of different meals during missions in West Africa
- Manage kitchen purchases
- Take care of laundry
- Keep the residence clean at all time
Required Skills or Experience
- Proven experience as cook
- B.E.C.E or A ‘Level; Certificate from a culinary school will be an advantage
- Experience in using cutting tools, cookware, bakeware, washing machine etc.
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to speak French and English
- Good communication skills
- Ability to travel
