Job Title: Sales Nutritionist
Short description:
A young and dynamic startup in the FMCG business is looking for a nutritionist to set up a distribution network and convince the distributors and the public on the health benefits of our product range.
The motivated young nutritionist we are looking for is a skilled professional with excellent people skills, an outgoing personality, ready to grow with the business.
Qualification and requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor or master’s degree in nutrition with 2-3 years of experience and master the following skills:
- organized and good time management skills
- have a valid driving licence
- good Word and Excel sheet background
- leadership potential
- team player
- self motivated and able to work independently
- excellent communication skills
Job description:
- In the setup phase of the distribution network
- Engage in talks with potential distributors and inform them on the health benefits of our product range
- Map possible sales points up country
- Assist with the setup of an IT tool to ensure traceability of selling points and follow up of on the ground sales and logistic activity in collaboration with the sales and marketing manager
- Map all possible sales points for the different brands in Accra
- Prepare the launch program of our brands and products in the distribution network for every new brand
- Assist with the recruitment of the sales team
- Train the sales team in the health benefits of our product ranges
- In phase 2, after the setup of the network and the launching of the products, manage the sales team in all aspects of the business.
