A leading luxury company in its field in the country is seeking a High Ranking Sales Executive to head a dynamic and exciting Sales & Marketing team. The person should have a sound understanding of social media and technical skill, be articulate and enjoy engaging with others.
Role
- The candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of sales strategies to boost sales and rental of properties.
- He/She is expected to establish strong relationship with existing customers as well as prospects for new and potential clients to generate new revenue for the organisation.
- The ideal candidate must have the following qualities and traits :
- Pleasant personality, very articulate, outgoing, an astute team player with strong leadership organisational abilities capable of managing / motivating a team of sales staff to achieve outstanding results.
- Develop and sustain strong relations with all stakeholders
- Excellent Interpersonal and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Must be hardworking and ready to work long hours when necessary with little or no supervision
Experience: Not less than 5 years in a similar position
Salary: Very attractive with other benefits to correspond with qualification and experience
Age Limit: 25 to 45 years
