As the Global Talent Acquisition Partner, you will identify, attract and recruit diverse candidates around the world in the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa who are committed to our mission and core values and who can thrive in a fast-paced, innovative global organization.
This role will recruit candidates to work as staff at Teach For All. The Global Talent Acquisition Partner will manage and drive the recruitment for a portfolio of open roles across all functions, collaborate with hiring managers to execute effective and inclusive hiring process, create excellent hiring manager and candidate experience and improve current talent acquisition practices and processes. The Global Talent Acquisition Partner will implement a recruitment process with a strong lens towards diversity, equity, and inclusion and strive to increase representation of staff within our global organization, particularly candidates based in Africa, Middle East and Asia.
Because this position will recruit open positions based all over the world, almost all of the work will be conducted virtually. This person will report to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and is part of the People, Organization and Culture team, a team of 6 members who are located in the United Kingdom and United States.
