A reputable organisation with an office in Accra requires Administrative Manager for immediate employment
The successful will be responsible for the day-to-day running the office by performing the following duties:
- Supervise to ensure that the office and its environment are conducive for the business of the organization at all times
- Handle routine correspondence and maintain appropriate records
- Maintain updated asset register and ensure assä and the continuous functioning of equipment in the office
- Provide necessary administrative support in the organisation of meetings and programmes
- Prepare routine and mandatory reports ensure their timely submission to appropriate office
- Perform other axillary duties
Requirements for the job position
- Bachelors Degree in Management Studies or Social Science with excellent IT skills
- Evidence of completion of National Service (National Service Certificate preferable)
- Minimum five (5) years National Service experience preferably in pension fund management
- Must not be above forty (40) years of age
