Nestlé Central & West Africa Ltd is currently looking for a Business Analyst who will provide support to the Business Co-pilot by providing financial analysis to strongly support a fact based decision making process and ensuring the optimal use of resources.
A day in the life of…
- Analyzing and challenging product portfolio to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Reviewing monthly performance and identifying areas of risk to achievement of targets & forecasts and developing action plans accordingly
- Eliminating Value Destroyers and maximizing the return on investment from “Total Trade Spend” (TTS) / (PFME) “Product Fixed Marketing Expense” (including revised pricing structure/prices) and from the capital asset base
- Preparation and participation in Monthly Business Planning (MBP) process and preparation of RIG (Real Internal Growth / OG (Organic Growth) forecast based on agreed action.
- Providing support in the preparation of long term and short term plans Market Business Strategy, (MBS) Dynamic Forecasts DF),
- Participating in new product development Selling Price Calculations (SPC) and managing workflows for the business.
- Ensuring execution of Pricing Policy/Margin in-line with agreed Strategies by challenging pricings set and ensuring they are benchmarked against competitors’ prices; ensuring they reflect the value propositions of products as well as improving price through product mixes and link to internal P&L
- Monitoring Cost of Goods Sold to understand the monthly evolution and working with countries to ensure correction where required
- Working closely with Decision Support and Control in order to provide high quality data / timely framework, as well as the reliable measurement of selected
What will make you successful
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience in Decision Support, Controlling (Supply Chain, Factory, Sales) Finance or Audit
- Experience within a network organization
- Expertise in Excel
