Job Title : IT Officer
Reporting To : Head ITNT
Department : ITNT
Job Location : Head Office Direct Reports : N/A
Job Summary : Monitor and maintain the company computer systems, install andconfigure hardware and software for networks, email and desktop, and solve technical problems.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Installation, reinstallation and uninstallation of software/Application
- Verification of hardware and software setup
- IP phone installation and configuration
- IT equipment inventory
- Basic equipment troubleshooting resolution and diagnostics
- Assist facilities with procurement of basic IT equipment
- Daily monitoring and systems(including Cooling ,Humidty,fire supression,power) checklists and reports
- Menu navigation
- Resolution of usernames and password
- Physical layer /Hardware installation and trouble shooting
- Log incident/problems and their resolution and updating of Helpdesk (Jira)
- Escalate unresolved problems to IT L2 support team
- Data Backup & Restore and daily backup reporting
- Monthly incident & log reports Biometric Access user setup
Relationships
External : Third party IT teams and consultants
Internal : Chief Executive Officer and all Departments
Job Requirements
Qualification Educational
- First Degree
- Comptia A+, MCSA:Windows 10 (Microsoft), ITIL Foundation
Professional : N/A
- An excellent communicator
- Able to build trust
- Professional with a good service orientation
- Should plan to avoid failure
Level of Authority : Junior/Officer
Decision Making : As delegated from time to time.
