JOB TITLE: SHOP SUPERVISOR
Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager. the successful candidate is expected to operate the store/Shop in accordance with company and brand policies and procedures. motivating and leading the shop team in order to achieve the desired business results.
THE ROLE
- Operate the store and manage goals and priorities to achieve Sales targets
- Ensure compliance with all operating standards. policies. and procedures, including execution of various administrative tasks (Receiving goods. handling vouchers. following banking procedures. POS Merchant cards, handling product complaints, proper reporting etc.)
- Provide a proper level of service to customers and facilitate sales in compliance with all company policies
- Ensure proper Stock Management which includes performing regular stock-taking in conformity with corporate policies and procedure
- Lead, manage and coach the shop staff in order to increase sales and ensure efficiency
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- University Degree or its equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience in Retail Business or the Fashion Industry
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Sales and service oriented
