We are recruiting:
RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER
Reporting to the Brand Director, the successful candidate will manage brand portfolio of stores and ensure operational excellence Within the country.
THE ROLE
- Manage Shop Supervisors
- Work closely with functional managers to ensure operational excellence
- Coach Shop Supervisors and Sales Staff to ensure the achievement of sales targets and service excellence
- Analyse sales figures and implement Key performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Manage merchandise and store image
- Create a transparent. proactive and motivating environment for staff including setting clear goals and targets for shop managers W'hile ensuring regular feedback on performance
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- A first degree or its equivalent professional qualification in Management, Sales or Marketing
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Retail Business, the Fashion Industry or Operations role.
- 3 years of which must be in management position
- Strong Leadership skills and results driven
- Excellent custorner service with a high sense of integrity
- Fluency in French Language
