Group Credit Growth Manager Role (based in West Africa). The ideal candidate will operate as part of the executive team. and be responsible for developing all the new products credit related Group guidelines. Then crucially translating these into local policies and procedures for the business. The Group Credit Growth Manager must be fluent in English and French and will be an important part of the executive team working in West Africa. Job Requirement & Experience
- Sophisticated analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to analyzing
- complex problems.
- Experience in an MFI environment
- Experience in a fast growing, dynamic work environment
- Experience with planning piloting and scaling initiatives
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be innovative and comfortable to
- challenge the status quo
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Fluency in French and English
