Job Title: Procurement Assistant - Robert Bosch Ghana Limited
Job Responsibilities
- First level support for internal customers (e.g. order status)
- Contribution to supplier evaluation on demand
- Check purchasing requisitions and issue purchase orders
- Support invoice verification process
- Data entry & maintenance on IT Systems
- Create and change Purchasing Material Master Data
- Create vendors in PMD lookup
- Filing of contracts and uploading in SRM
- Support the Commodity Buyers in West Africa
- Back office within the purchasing team in West Africa
- Create and change purchase orders and make sure that all supporting documents are attached
Job Qualification & Requirements
- University Degree in Business Administration (Costing, Management, Purchasing, Economics, Accounting etc.)
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in purchasing in a comparable Multi-national Company
- Conversant with SAP system
- PC literate with excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Self-confident
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Willingness to travel
