SRC Consulting Limited, a reputable Socio-economic and Environmental Consultancy Firm is looking for a result-driven professional with demonstrated track record in the areas listed below:
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Resettlement Action Plan (RAP)
- Environmental, Social and Health
- Impact Assessment
- Livelihood Restoration Plan (LRP)
- Monitoring and Evaluation
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the position include but not limited to the following:
- Preparation of project proposals and reports planning and Execution of projects
- Directing and coordinating project teams and mobilising resources to ensure that project deliverables are achieved.
- Responsible for the training Of project teams to equip them with the required skills to improve performance.
- Collaborate with top management through the provision Of regular reports and feedback on ongoing projects.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of short and long-term goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures for the firm.
- Minimum of a Master's Degree in the Social Sciences or other related fields
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Technical and Managerial Competencies
- The preferred candidate should have the following technical/managerial competencies;
- Skill in the use of computers. preferably in a PC Windows-based operating environment.
- Knowledge in the use of Mac operating system is a plus.
- Ability to gather and collate data, compile information and prepare reports
- Ability to provide technical coordination in the implementation of projects.
- Knowledge of Contracts preparation and management.
- Ability to organise, prioritise and schedule work assignments.
- Measurable presentation skills
Behavioural Competencies
- The preferred candidate is expected to have the following behavioural competencies;
- Result driven professional who meets deadlines
- A professional who pays attention to details.
- Demonstrated high ethical standards and commitment to the vision and growth Of the firm.
