Job Description

  • Reports to: Branch Manager
  • Location: Bolga, Kumasi, Tarkwa, Hohoe, Adenta (Please select your preferred location in the subject line)

 

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • To assess the viability of prospective borrowers’ businesses and make recommendations for advancing INDIVIDUAL  loans; (SPECIALISED)
  • To assess and monitor borrowers’ business operations to ensure timely loan repayment.

Required Skills or Experience

  • HND Marketing & a good first degree in any discipline especially Marketing/ Accountancy and Certificate holders in Agriculture and Rural development with working field experience.
  • Relevant experience in the field of banking or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Candidates should have completed National Service with at least 1year additional experience.
  • Ability to ride the motor bike with a valid license. 


NB:  trainee programme for those without the required field experience.
