Job Description
We have been working in the Central and Western Regions of Ghana to improve the futures of poor and marginalized children. We are now expanding our operations to the Eastern Region of Ghana where we will be offering similar work to a number of districts there. We are looking to recruit an experienced Drivers who lives around Aburi and Koforidua specifically.

JOB PURPOSE
To drive employees and stakeholders of Sabre Education on official errands ensuring safety and adherence to driving regulations at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the safety of all passengers in the company vehicle on any trip
- Ensure good record keeping by completing vehicle log book whenever the vehicle is moved
- Ensure strict adherence to traffic regulations
- Transport products, materials, and staff securely and timely to areas where they are needed
- Ensure that vehicles are kept perfect and clean at all times by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicles
- Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are in sound condition always
- Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the supervisor or manager
- Ensure the replacement of accessories like fire extinguisher, triangle, first aid-box, battery cable, spare tyre, etc.) in the Vehicle.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Road Safety Compliance
- Sound condition of vehicles
- Efficient use of company resources
Required Skills or Experience
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Efficient & Reliable
- Good sense of judgment
- Focused, confident and observant
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Working Knowledge of all traffic rules and their application
- Skillful in driving
- Basic mechanical skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of a BECE certificate or its equivalent with passes in English and mathematics
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must possess a minimum of Driver’s license ‘C” with at least 3 years’ driving experience
