- Prepare and agree an annual action plan that supports both the bank and treasury’s objectives and vision.
- Play a leading role in the development of new products by investigating, developing and promoting new Treasury and capital market products and services as required by customers of the Bank within agreed risk tolerances and based on a sound understanding of local market conditions and strong cooperation with the Group market department
- Represent Treasury and capital Markets at all senior executive forums
- Ensure that all interest rate risk is minimised or managed within guidelines, limits set by the bank and in adherence to regulatory requirement.
- Effective leadership style with passion and commitment
- Good in-depth knowledge of treasury and capital market products, services and strategies.
- Understanding of the policies, processes and ethical issues surrounding Treasury business
- Knowledge and ability to assist in the implementation and identification of arbitrage opportunities
- Ability to manage customer bank relationships across different business lines and customer service skills
- Relevant Second Degree or its equivalent professional qualification

- 10 plus years of Treasury dealer, operations and sales experience with a reputable financial institution.
