A Pharmaceutical Company is presently looking for enthusiastic and performance-driven individuals with the following qualifications:
Qualifications:
- A Graduate with at least 3 years sales experience in the pharmaceutical Industry.
- Male or Female, not more than 30 years old.
- Extensive knowledge of Healthcare Facilities (wholesale pharmacies, retail pharmacies, over-the-counter medicine sellers, private hospitals and clinics) in any of the following regions: Greater Accra, Western, Central, Volta or Eastern.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Maintenance of Customer accounts in ledger for easy reconciliation with Accounts Department
- Must have a valid Driver's Licence — at least 2 years old.
- Has strong personal leadership and good interpersonal skills
- Must be honest and loyal to the organisation
- Must have impeccable organisational skills with ability to work independently.
Job Duties:
- Should be willing to travel extensively
- Regular delivery of products with prompt collection of outstanding debts.
- Should be able to achieve Sales Target set by Management
- Meeting, on a regular basis, with Marketing Staff to vigorously sell the products of the company
- Gather competitor data on pricing, products, new products and promotions and provide to management
- Ability to scout for new customers, thereby increasing the reach of the company in new territories.
