The role of Group Credit Growth Manager will be based in West Africa and operate as part of the executive team. The Group Credit Growth Manager is responsible for developing all the new products credit related Group guidelines. Then crucially translating these into local policies and procedures for the business. The Group Credit Growth Manager must be fluent in English and French and will be an important part of the executive team working in West Africa. Exciting new role in a growth business.
The Group Credit Growth Manager will collaborate closely with credit teams throughout the organisation’s geographies. drive the identification, development and implementation of all commercial opportunities driving sustainable growth.
The successful candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a start-up environment, a creative strategist with excellent organisational abilities.
- Sophisticated analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to analyzing complex problems.
- Experience in an MFI environment
- Experience in a fast growing, dynamic work environment
- Experience with planning piloting and scaling initiatives
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be innovative and comfortable to challenge the status quo
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Fluency in French and English
