Job Description
- Attends to correspondence on behalf of Managing Director.
- Assists in preparing and submitting bids for the Group as per spelt out deadlines.
- Develops and maintains a filing system for existing and new records of the Managing Director’s Office.
- Plans and schedules meetings and appointments for the MD
- Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handles travelling and hospitality for MD office (flight, hotel, transportation, agenda, meals etc)
- Prepares invitation letters for both business clients and partners
- Provides quality customer service both internal and external clients
- Manages calendars, reminders and appointments for meetings.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports on activities
- Manages an effective database system of all projects and activities (including call cards)
- Manages MD’s contact ( call cards )
- Follows up on projects.
- Coordinates all renewal in the MDs office (passport, visa, and other accreditations)
- Coordinates and organize events (conferences, exhibitions, seminars, workshops) of the company.
Required Skills or Experience
- Degree in Business Administration or it's equivalent with at least 5 years post qualification experience.
- Strong management, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Time Management, Presentation Skills
- Advanced Skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint, and Access.
- Strong verbal and writing communication skills
