- Copies of registration document of motorcycle by DVLA
- Two passport size photographs
- Age 25 years and above
- Residential Address and GPS Post Code
Companies who are into delivery using motorcycles may apply.

- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Valid VAT registration certificate
