A reputable company has vacancy for Chief Security Officer.
Responsibilities include:
- The Co-ordination of all activities of security officers at post and reporting to the appropriate quarters
- Be required to prepare duty roster for security personnel, monitor and verify attendance and where necessary rotate officers based on performance
- Liaise with management to organise periodic training and education for security officers
- Monitor security systems in place and report to management on a regular basis for review of strategy where necessary
- Come out with security strategy and ensure implementation
- Oversight responsibility of all estate of company security

- Minimum of High School Certificate or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years experience at such position
- Retired security officer will be added advantage
